Prayer and Praise

We are thankful that the nurses were able to insert both an IV and NG tube without much trouble.  This is a big praise for us because both of these have been huge challenges in the past.

He has, however, had some challenges with the "go lightly" fluids designed clear things out.   He just threw up and so the nurses dialed back the dosage.  Please pray that he will be able to tolerate the fluids necessary to prepare his body for tomorrow.

He just fell asleep a few minutes ago and is sleeping peacefully.  A few more pics will be shared shortly.

May Jesus Christ be praised.

A room

It's 3:11...we are heading up. They have a room for us.

A short delay...

We arrived at high noon for admission (yes, the Arrington's were on time for this one). We were advised that there are no rooms available just yet, so we are hanging out for a little while.  They expect his room to be ready in less than an hour.

In the meantime, we decided to visit the statue of Jesus, located in the 100+ year old Admin Building.  Here are a couple of pics.

What's next...

We are getting ready to walk over to the hospital to admitting for "Go Lightly"-tube down your nose, pumped full of liquid stuff and then your all cleaned out. No fun for anyone! Jacob keeps asking if it's scarey. I've told him that the unknown is what is scaring you, but you know what the final outcome is going to be and that is what you need to think about. Plus you will have God and all his angels protecting you.

We will keep you posted.
